Actively Supporting Psychiatrists Through Risk Management and Coverage Information
For The Psychiatrists' Program, serving psychiatrists is more than a tagline. It's a mission. It means that The Program is actively involved in psychiatric events and meetings. In order to provide the best service and coverage possible, The Program believes it is important to engage with practicing psychiatrists: to talk, to ask, and to listen.
For this reason, our staff members travel across the country to meet with doctors at the meetings and events sponsored by local psychiatric societies. Sometimes they're risk managers who offer seminars on patient safety issues; other times, they're underwriters and executives meeting with psychiatrists to answer coverage questions and to listen to the concerns of practicing physicians. We don't only serve psychiatrists; we know psychiatrists.
