Information Collection

Professional Risk Management Services, Inc. is the sole collector and sole owner of the information collected on this site.

Our system does log your IP address (your computer’s Internet address) to track visitors and to administer the site. However, IP addresses are not linked to any personally identifiable data. The only other information automatically supplied to us is the information provided by your browser, such as the type of computer and operating system you are using.

The only personally identifiable data we collect is provided to us by the visitor, either via e-mail, online information request, survey, or site registration.

If you are participating in an online CME activity, we will be collecting the following information, as well: name, APA/certificate number, e-mail address, times at which the online program is accessed, answers to post-tests and evaluations, and affirmation statements. The information collected will be used to ensure compliance with and completion of CME activities.

Cookies

Cookies (temporary files used to facilitate your access) are only utilized in the "Participants Only" section of the web site. Cookie information is not shared with any other entity. Cookie usage is not linked to any personally identifiable information on our web site. Participants may configure their browsers to reject cookies and still access our entire web site.

Online Education Center

Professional Risk Management Services, Inc. (PRMS) receives from Brainshark information about your identity, information you voluntarily submit, and usage reports detailing which presentation you viewed and how long you viewed it. The information collected will be used internally by PRMS to evaluate this educational component of The Program. PRMS will not release or sell information collected in conjunction with this online presentation.
