Where is my certificate number?
Your certificate number, also called your member number or customer ID number, can be found on your Invoice, Certificate of Insurance, Declarations Form, and Proposal of Insurance. Please enter only the numeric digits. For exact location of this number, please reference our FAQs.

I'm in a group. Do I include the "-####" in certificate number?
When setting up your account for the first time, these numbers are not necessary. However, if you have registered previously and your group number was your Username, you may need to include "-####."
